Chicken pieces or small strips
Deep fry batter***
Wok or deep fryer *350 to *375
This is a favorite dish that can be served as an appetizer or part of
a dinner combo or just a snack.
If you use a wok please be very careful and watch the temperature of
your oil if it starts to smoke turn down the temperature.
First wash your chicken in cold water, then add the sesame seeds to
the batter you donít need as many as you think just a few will look
good when done. Mix well add chicken.
When oil is to temp add chicken one piece at a time and cook until
chicken floats and golden brown.

If you want to spice it up a bit you can add you favorite hot powder
or some dried hot red pepper flakes to the batter. And serve with
Chinese red sauce.
