1/4 cup flour
1 cup celery, sliced
salt and pepper
2 tbs butter
1 rabbit, cut up
1/2 cup dry red wine
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 tsp Kitchen Bouquet
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Shake flour, salt and pepper in oven
cooking bag and place in roasting pan. Add rabbit and shake gently
to coat meat. Then spread rabbit pieces in bottom of bag. Add onion,
celery and butter. Combine wine and Kitchen Bouquet and add to bag.
Secure bag with twist tie and make several half-in cuts in bag. Cook
for one hour or until tender.
