Crispy Potato Filets

This will start with an EGG WASH (dip in egg)
Coat with flour (flour dredge)
Coat with instant potato flakes
Fry in butter when temperature is 375 degrees (no..don't stick your finger in it to test the heat)
Pretty simple but who would have thought those flakes deals would be good for anything other than taking up room in the cupboard?!
