Broiled Seasoned Walleye

Lew's Big Pike

Recipe by: Lew Horn

Prep time: It's not surgery ya know...

Serves: Depends on how hungry you are?

Butter
Lowery's Season Salt
Red Onion
Fish

Melt Butter in glass pan (some really nice big healthy globs of it)
Season with Lowery's Season Salt (dude... we are MADE of salt!)
Top with red onion (Come on Lew... who carry's a red onion on the lake?)
Broil until fish is opaque (can I take my stove for this?)
What color is opaque you ask? Well, I can tell you it ISN'T BLACK! Oh and the smoke alarm isn't sounding when you are done with this either. Don't ruin a good filet by overcooking it. If it flakes apart easily with your fork, it's done!!!

Bless us oh lord, for these gifts which we are about to receive, from thy bounty, through Christ our Lord. Amen. Visit Hickory Works!
