Barbecued Salmon Steaks

Recipe by: BBQ Guide

Prep time:

Serves: 4-6

2lbs, salmon steaks, 1 to 1½ inches thick
½ cups catsup
¼ cup salad oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon grated onion
½ teaspoon dry mustard
¼ teaspoon paprika
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
3 drops tabasco sauce

Place fish in a single layer in a shallow pan.
Combine remaining ingredients into a bowl . Pour sauce over fish and
let marinate for 30 minutes. Turning over once. Remove fish from pan,
reserving enough sauce for basting. Place fish in a greased, hinged
wire grill about 4 inches from coals. Cook 8 to 10 minutes. On each
side, or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Basting
frequently with sauce.
